Negotiation skills are essential to a good leader. The concept of influencing others and assertively communicating your ideas is fundamental to transformational leadership.

The Continuing Leadership Education Initiative (CLEI) is organizing an intensive training in ‘Negotiation skills’ to provide the ENLP-Network with additional tools to develop this aspect of leadership.

Following with our previous workshop in Mallorca, this will be the 2^nd edition of a series of workshops organized across Europe, aiming to reach most ENLPers. The workshop is scheduled for the 22 May 2010 in Copenhagen, right after the 1^st International Vitamin Conference www.vitamin2010.dk  that will be held during 19-21 May 2010.

This year’s training fee is 100 Euro. Attendants will be provided with course materials and will receive an ENLP-branded certificate to include in their training and development portfolio.
